Born in Kansas City, MO, Catherine Rogers moved to Denver in 1979. Enjoying the outdoor environment and beauty of the Front Range she attended Colorado State University in 1992 in Fort Collins, and graduated with a degree in Psychology. Catherine has stayed in Fort Collins ever since, taking part in the wonderful activities and lifestyle that the area has to offer.
In her first career, Catherine specialized in the technology realm of business and mobile
computing with frequent travel and diversity for Hewlett-Packard. She began her second
career in new construction selling for a national builder in a variety of locations all along
the front range, obtaining a MCSP designation and achieving the President’s Club award,
along with several other awards for her productivity/volume of closed transactions,
customer service and marketing abilities. Moving on to work with other builders both
locally and nationally, Catherine spread her wings and joined Coldwell Banker in 2008’ using her background and talents to be in the top ten producers statewide for Coldwell Banker in 2009, 2010 & 2011! International Diamond Society. In 2010 & 2011, Catherine has keep her prestigious position in
the top ten partnerships statewide for Coldwell Banker.
A successful and proven salesperson, Catherine has been selling homes and working with buyers since 2002 and is passionate about residential real estate. Her character is exemplified by her enthusiasm and dedication to the craft, both qualities that make the experience of selling your home or finding a new one to be less hectic and more satisfying!
